For Noor, this experience of exile has contributed to a dual sense of belonging—deeply connected to culture and heritage while simultaneously shaped by Western education and modern global perspectives. Education played an important role in Noor Pahlavi’s development. She attended Georgetown University, where she studied psychology, a field that focuses on understanding human behavior and social relationships.
Her academic interests reflected curiosity about people, communication, and emotional well-being. She later pursued a Master of Business Administration at Columbia Business School, strengthening her knowledge of business strategy, finance, and leadership. These educational experiences provided her with tools that extended beyond public life and allowed her to establish an independent professional career.
