In 1303, in the fifth term of the National Council, he entered parliament as a lawyer for the people of Urmia. This period of the parliament was one of the most important and sensitive periods in which certain events took place, and it can be said that during this period all the political, economic, social, and cultural affairs were transformed, the most important event being the approval of the single article of the extinction of the Qajar dynasty. The temporary government was entrusted to Reza Khan, who was a member of the Million faction and one of the signatories of this single article.
