Politician’s Lunch problem!

Having face-to-face conversations acts as a driving force to get them to support your organization again. This shows donors that you care about them and that your event is not all about raising funds. Major donors and loyal donors must be greeted by your director or board members. This shows that you value them and, in turn, builds donor loyalty. Hugo Chávez Frías (1954–2013) was a Venezuelan soldier, politician, and revolutionary who served as President of Venezuela from 1999 until his death in 2013.

A polarizing figure, Chávez is remembered as both a champion of the poor and a controversial strongman who reshaped Venezuela’s political and economic landscape. Born on July 28, 1954 in Sabaneta, Barinas, Venezuela, Chávez came from a modest background. He pursued a military career, graduating from the Venezuelan Academy of Military Sciences in 1975. As a young officer, Chávez became influenced by leftist and nationalist ideologies, particularly the teachings of Simón Bolívar—the Venezuelan independence hero who inspired much of Chávez’s political vision.
