A paratrooper is a soldier specially trained to enter a battlefield by parachuting from an aircraft. Paratroopers are highly skilled military personnel who can operate behind enemy lines, capture important locations, support ground forces, and carry out missions in difficult or unexpected situations. Paratroopers undergo demanding physical and mental training. They learn how to safely jump from aircraft, control their parachutes, land effectively, and quickly organize themselves after landing.
In addition to parachuting skills, they receive training in navigation, weapons, communications, first aid, survival, and teamwork. One of the most important qualities of a paratrooper is discipline. A parachute jump requires confidence, concentration, and strict attention to safety procedures. Paratroopers must also be able to make decisions under pressure and work closely with their teammates.
