Elevator Hammetschwand in Switzerland
The elevator is Europe’s largest open-air lift in Switzerland, located next to Lake Lucerne. If you are afraid of elevation, you will avoid seeing this elevator, but we suggest you try it out. The heights of the lifts are 1132 meters above sea level. The elevator was built in 1905 by the hotel and remained in the wars of the world.
