The Timeless Voice

During the 1940s and 1950s, Marzieh became a prominent voice on Radio Tehran and collaborated with many most respected composers, lyricists, and musicians. Her interpretations of Persian poetry and traditional melodies showcased exceptional emotional depth and vocal control. She worked with notable composers including Ali Tajvidi, Parviz Yahaghi, Homayoun Khorram, and Morteza Hannaneh, contributing significantly to the golden age of  music.

One of Marzieh’s most important achievements was her participation in the celebrated “Golha” radio programs, which played a pivotal role in preserving and promoting Persian classical music. Through these broadcasts, she introduced generations of listeners to the richness of Persian poetry and musical heritage, helping to elevate traditional music to new artistic heights.
