Okinawa Chorami Aquarium (1.98 million gallons)

The Okinawa Chorami Aquarium is located in Ocean Expo Park, Japan, and opened in 2002. The main closure of the aquarium, called Kuroshio Sea, is seven and a half million tons of water, with an acrylic glass panel of 8.2 by 22.5 and a thickness of 60 cm, which at the time of the opening of the aquarium was the largest panel of this type in the world.
