Presented to arts leaders or senior practitioners whose work is a “celebration of life” through the arts. Includes awards like the Pride Award, Disability Access Award, etc., recognizing individuals who’ve made exceptional contributions to equity, justice, access, etc. The Special Personality Award is a distinguished recognition presented annually in Toronto to an individual whose charisma, integrity, and community influence stand out.
This award honors a person whose personality — through leadership, empathy, creativity, or activism — makes a positive difference in the lives of others.
