Changiz Jalilvand was born in Shiraz. He began his artistic career with theater along with Abolhassan Tahami in 1957. He has also acted in several TV series and movies such as “Arshim mal-alan”,”In Sib ham baray to”, “Bandargah-e eshgh”, etc.
