The Gulf Book is the first book published in the United States. In 1640, the Gulf Book was published at the Cambridge Printing House, Massachusetts. There are about 11 versions of it still intact available to libraries and universities. But one of them belongs to the American merchant who bought it in 2013 for $ 14.2 million.
