Nazanin Boniadi is born British actress, producer, and human rights activist known for her work in film and television as well as for her advocacy on human rights, women’s rights, and issues concerning. Born in Tehran shortly after the Revolution, she moved with her family to London at a young age and was raised there. She later moved to the United States to pursue higher education.
Boniadi was born in Tehran, in the aftermath of the 1979 Iranian Revolution. Her parents subsequently relocated to London, where she grew up. Although she developed an early interest in the performing arts, her initial academic ambitions were directed toward medicine. She attended the University of California, Irvine, where she studied Biological Sciences and graduated with honors.
