Hossein Farhadpour passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2003, at the age of 65, due to a heart attack. He was admitted to Modarres Hospital in Tehran, where he succumbed to his illness. His untimely death was a great loss to cultural and artistic community. In recognition of his contributions to music, Hossein Farhadpour was laid to rest in the Artists’ Plot of Behesht Zahra, a cemetery reserved for some of the country’s most esteemed figures in art and culture. His burial in this hallowed ground underscores the lasting impact of his work and the respect he garnered throughout his life.
