Oils and salty snacks
Most of the oils used in the kitchen, such as corn oil, sunflower, etc., are rich in saturated fats. These materials do not work for our cardiovascular health. This is due to the fact that some popular snacks, such as fried potatoes, peanuts, etc., are made with such oils. The use of unsaturated fats such as olive oil and grape seed oil is recommended for cooking.
