Astronauts lose their bone and muscle mass and get premature aging

Microgravity (near zero gravity) the space environment causes the astronauts to get older. Their skin gets aged faster and their skin becomes dry, thinner and prone to itching. Their bones and muscles weaken. Astronauts lose one percent of their muscular mass and two percent of their bone mass each month from their space journey.
