After taking office, Pashinyan pledged to transform Armenia into a more democratic, transparent, and accountable state. His government launched numerous anti-corruption investigations, strengthened judicial reforms, improved tax collection, and promoted digital government services. His administration also sought to encourage foreign investment, support small businesses, and improve public administration.
His leadership emphasized reducing political favoritism, increasing government transparency, and improving public trust in state institutions. Many international organizations acknowledged Armenia’s progress in governance and democratic development during the early years of his administration.
