The new restaurant, which counts Miley Cyrus as an investor, is one of a handful that got approved in West Hollywood, an independent municipality that borders Beverly Hills and the city of Los Angeles. The rules say the establishments can’t infuse food with weed, but marijuana can be ordered to the table, just like a bottle of wine. Diners get separate checks for the food and pot. No one under 21 is allowed. There will be 24-hour security, and customers can bring their own weed and pay a $20 “tokage fee” to smoke it there, much like a corkage fee at a restaurant.
