The movie is being produced by Julie R. Snyder (“Tanner Hall,” “Above Suspicion”). Moradian and Nadia Davari are executive producers. The film will go into production in late fall of this year. Their relationships to each other are complicated — whether it be the past, present or the future — and each episode takes the slow-burn approach to show how personal matters can create disasters. Mara, Moafi and J. Smith recently spoke to CBR about Class of ’09 and what interested them about the sci-fi thriller series. Along the way, they explored early screen tests and the romantic edge that the show is hiding beneath its premise on surveillance.
