During WWII, he commanded several operations against the Soviet invaders. He received many handwritten letters from Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, showing his appreciation for his loyalty. Prince Babek went to medical school, dental school and school of psychology. He married to Leyla Padar on December 8, 1989 in Berlin (West), Germany. Leyla Padar was born as Leyla Tunc on October 6, 1972 in Berlin (West), Germany, as a turkish citizen and her parents are from Corlu/Tekirdag, Turkey. Prince Babek and Leyla Padar have a son and a daughter: Prince Abbas (born October 18, 1991 in Berlin, Germany) and Princess Fatima Soraya (born November 24, 1998 in Berlin, Germany).
