Lara Trump was born Lara Lea Yunaska on October 12, 1982, in Wilmington, North Carolina. She attended North Carolina State University, where she earned a degree in Communications, and later studied at the French Culinary Institute in New York. Before entering politics, Lara worked as a producer and story coordinator for the news magazine show Inside Edition from 2012 to 2016.
