Born in Tehran, Dr. Didehvar is a descendant of Fath Ali Shah Qajar. She lived until the age of three before relocating to London, England, following the Iraq war. After the passing of her father, Prince Didevar, due to leukemia when she was six, her mother raised her, and they eventually moved to the United States. Dr. Didehvar’s professional journey includes experience as a reporter and NBA sportscaster for NBC in San Antonio, Texas. She later transitioned into education, working as a high school English teacher, where she recognized the importance of mental health support for students. This realization led her to pursue advanced degrees in psychology and dedicate her career to mental health services.
