Former estates were repurposed into public buildings, schools, or municipal offices, while their architectural legacy remains visible in several well-preserved structures across the city. Today, many Tehranis walk the tree-lined streets of Yousef Abad, pass by schools or libraries funded by the Mostofians, or live in neighborhoods whose very layout was influenced by this powerful family all without knowing the history behind them.
