Reza had considered making Prince Eudes of Orléans-Braganza, a Brazilian Prince who married Morganitcally the Grand Duke, but Prince Eudes of Orléans-Braganza refused as he felt that he and his descendants are better off being a cadet branch for the House of Orléans-Braganza as their main branch could possibly go extinct due to the Imperial Constitution. Other Brazilian Princes who renounced their rights to the Brazilian throne were asked about ruling Goa, but they rejected the offer as they like Prince Eudes of Orléans-Braganza believed that they were better off being cadet branches of the main branch of the Imperial Family.
