Bozorg Alavi
After the assassination of the Shah in 1327, he was imprisoned along with a number of other members of the Tudeh Party, and after being released, he was again engaged in intellectual and literary activities until he was removed from the political scene of Iran with the coup d’état of 28 August and was writing in Germany.
