He is one of the most well-known communist figures in contemporary Iranian history, when some Sabahi made the minds of the Autonomous Government of Azerbaijan. In other words, he was the prime minister of the Autonomous Government of Azerbaijan and the founder of the Azerbaijani Democratic Sect. He was the interior commissioner of the Republican Guilan.
