He also came to the Tudeh party in September 1920, seeing the conditions of the country, and in this connection he was arrested in 1324, and then he was exiled to Kerman and imprisoned. In early 1325, after his release from prison, he was sent to Azerbaijan on the instructions of the Central Committee of the Party, and in May 1325 he served as deputy head of the Azerbaijani Democratic Air Force until he was ordered to leave the country on Nov. 13, 1325.
