Grilled sausage
No Prague food guide would be complete without mentioning the fabulous. It’s basically grilled sausages which are placed inside a roll and served with a bunch of different sauces. Expect to find dozens of food stalls and beer gardens across the city selling these tasty sausages. Of course, there are a couple of varieties of, but in most cases they include mustard and bread. They go perfectly together with a glass of a cold Pilsner beer (trust me on that one!)
