Shahrzad was born on the 18th of Azar 1329. Shahrzad became a member of the Writers’ Association in 1978. At first, his membership in the Writers’ Association is discussed and his acceptance is difficult, and apparently his being a dancer is an obstacle to his membership, but in the end, his membership is accepted. Her father was a coffee house owner. Shahrzad started dancing in the cafes on Lalehzar Street at the age of fourteen and then turned to theater. She danced in Jamshid and Sirus Lalehzar cafes.
