From Entrepreneur to Prime Minister

As Prime Minister, Bennett focused on stabilizing the political system, passing a national budget, managing the COVID-19 pandemic, and strengthening Israel’s economy. His government sought to reduce political polarization and improve relations among different sectors of Israeli society. However, ideological differences within the coalition created ongoing challenges. After a year in office, the coalition lost its parliamentary majority, leading to the government’s collapse in 2022.

Politically, Bennett is generally associated with the Israeli right. He has supported the expansion of Israeli settlements in the West Bank and has traditionally opposed the establishment of a fully sovereign Palestinian state. At the same time, he has often emphasized pragmatic governance, economic growth, and technological innovation.
