Farah Ossouli (b. 1953, Zanjan), during her thirty-year career as an artist, has achieved a unique fusion of techniques, materials, themes, and storytelling, which has evolved into her personal style. She has been a pioneer in introducing contemporary themes and ideas into miniature painting. Ossouli’s work has been featured tens of international exhibition and held at major public collections, including Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), USA; The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, USA; Devi Art Foundation, New Delhi, India; Tropen Museum, Amsterdam, Netherlands; Ludwig Museum, Koblenz, Germany; and Museum of Contemporary Art.
